Beets in Instant Pot

3-4 Beets, 2 to 3 inches in diameter
1 c water

Add beets and water to instant pot. Cook at high pressure for 20-25 minutes. Manual pressure release. Drop into cold water, cut of root and stem end, and rub to peel.
