Remove outer leaves and slice 1/4 head of cabbage. Place in bowl with 1/4 c water. Cover with plastic wrap with a hole punched in it. Microwave on high 2 minutes.
Drain, add bit of lemon (cuts the bitter), butter and tiny bit or no salt.
